01 General Terms

49bat's Terms & Conditions apply to all users — from new members to long-standing regulars. These terms have been drawn up in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international online gaming regulations.

KYC Verification Process

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. The following conditions apply:

05 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bat platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategically placing bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing other users or using inappropriate language.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

49bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• When required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds. However, in cases of rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

08 Responsible Gaming
